- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics
2. How We Use Your Information

- Marketing emails (only with your consent, you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Fraud prevention and legal compliance
- Improving our products and website
3. Who We Share With
We only share your data with third parties required to deliver our services:
- Payment processors (for transaction handling)
- Shipping carriers (to deliver your order)
- Email service providers (to send transactional and marketing emails)
- Cloud hosting and analytics providers
- Advertising platforms (Meta / Facebook) for measuring ad performance. Identifying details such as email and phone number are SHA-256 hashed before transmission via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and to remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics or similar) to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies and may transmit hashed identifiers (email, phone, name, location) to Meta to match your activity to ads you have seen. You can opt out via your Facebook ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies.
5. Data Retention
We keep order records for 7 years to comply with NZ tax and business law. Other personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
6. Your Rights
Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to minimise risk.
8. International Transfers
Some of our service providers are based overseas (e.g. cloud hosting, email providers). When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure adequate protection is in place.
