Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@puritypeptides.co.nz. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition you received it. Contact us to arrange the return before shipping it back.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened products. This ensures the integrity and safety of all materials in our supply chain.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current period.
